Returns and refunds policy.
Louise Walsh International do not offer refunds for goods that are no longer wanted. For items that are lost or damaged in transit, Louise Walsh International are not obliged to replace the order items.

Wear and Tear

Wear and tear is not covered under any warranty arrangement supplied by Louise Walsh International and the assessment of suspected wear and tear damage must be carried out by Louise Walsh International at their premises.
Items that show they have been forcefully broken or damaged by impact or excessive force will not be covered under any warranty arrangement.

How do I get a refund?
Initially, you will need to contact Louise Walsh International via email or the contact form on the Contact Us page. We may request that you send the item(s) back for us to inspect. Once the refund has been approved, we will process the refund and the money should appear in your account within 5 working days.
